Rajesh Pershad brings over 31 years of rich experience in academic institutions. He has served as the Head of the MBA Department and held the role of Additional Controller of Examination at Autonomous Institutions. Rajesh is a seasoned Human Potential Trainer for undergraduate and postgraduate students, academicians, corporate managers, entrepreneurs, defense and ISRO scientists, as well as civil servants including IAS, IRS, IPS, IRPS, and IFS officers, along with central and state government employees.

He has also contributed as a Visiting Faculty at IMT CDL, Ghaziabad, and Sikkim Manipal University Study Centre in Hyderabad. Rajesh has been a valuable Resource Person for Entrepreneurship and Faculty Development Programmes at prestigious institutions such as the Engineering Staff College of India (ESCI), Federation of Telangana Chamber of Commerce & Industry (FTCCI), and Bharatiya Yuva Shakti Trust (BYST) in Hyderabad. Additionally, he has served as Faculty at the Vivekananda Institute of Human Excellence (VIHE), RK Matt, Hyderabad.

His accolades include being a Mentor & Evaluator on Leadership Training Programme for the UPSC 2019 Batch (IAS, IPS, IES, IFS, IRPS) at Dr. MCHRDI, Hyderabad. He conducted a “Three Day’s In-House Training Programme” for middle-level scientists of ISRO, IPRC in November/December 2023. Rajesh was honored with the “I STAND FOR NATION AWARD 2019” on 2nd October 2019, the “SEVA PURASKAR AWARD” on 26th January 2020 by OYSTER, an NGO in Hyderabad, and the “JYESTHA ACHARYA AWARD” by Bharat Education Excellence Award on 5th September 2021. In addition, he received the “EXCELLENCE TEACHING IN HIGHER EDUCATION AWARD” by Deccan International Academic Publisher Award in October 2023 and the “SHRADDHA ACHARYA COMMITMENT TO STUDENT SUCCESS AWARD” by Bharat Education Excellence Award in April 2024.
