He won numerous accolades in Toastmasters and was the Division G Director of District 105, Toastmasters International in Program Year 2022-2023. He was also its global lead translation reviewer. He is also a professor of pharmaceutical sciences besides his marketing experience. He worked for MNCs like Novartis Pharma,Glaxo Smothkline, Taiba pharma etc.He has recruited professionals for various companies in Middle East and North Africa. His people skills, negotiation skills and organisational skills made him a cut-out for Standout Clubs.

Nirmala Reddy is a Structural Designer and Planning Manager with 14 years of extensive experience in civil engineering. She holds a post-graduate degree in Civil Engineering Project Management (CEPM) and has worked on a wide variety of projects. Her career has been marked by numerous accolades and distinctions, including serving as an ISO 9001:2000 internal auditor. Nirmala was also recognized as the top student in her college and has earned several national awards and certificates in sports and the National Cadet Corps (NCC). Beyond her engineering achievements, Nirmala excels in education and training. She is a Certified NLP Coach, Mindfulness Coach, Life Coach, Master Trainer, Soft Skills Trainer, and Corporate Trainer. Passionate about empowering individuals and teams, she has a proven track record in creating and delivering impactful training programs, with notable expertise in communication, leadership, and team dynamics.

Gomatheswari Elamparithy is a 'Best Teacher' awardee who has more than 15 years of teaching experience both in India and abroad. The Board of Directors, Indian Schools, Oman awarded her in AY 2021-22 for her outstanding performance in scholastic and co-scholastic activities. She was the co-scholastic coordinator for about 3 years in Indian School, Ibra and was also in charge of various co-curricular and extra-curricular activities. Her passion and dedication to student support programs will be an added advantage for Standout Clubs.
