Joseph Stephen, a university lecturer by profession, has a distinguished educational career spanning over three decades in both India and abroad. His academic accomplishments include a TESOL qualification from the University of Leicester.  He is dedicated to educating future generations and has positively influenced many students’ lives.

As a seasoned public speaker and Toastmaster, Mr. Stephen has represented Oman at the District 105 DTAC. He has also served as the president of his Toastmasters club twice and holds the titles of Competent Communicator and Competent Leader.

Mr. Stephen is a certified Soft Skill Trainer, Coach, and Master Trainer from the Indian Leadership Academy, furthering his ability to help others reach their full potential.

He has completed two paths in the Pathways series of Toastmasters, Innovative Planning and Visionary Communication, demonstrating his commitment to lifelong learning and personal growth.
